Greetings.
We meet this time to remind you, human beings, that you have the ability to bring about change. Within a reality that often holds despair, that holds disbelief, that holds cynicism toward the idea that change is possible; within a reality that contains processes that may weigh you down, events that may discourage you – in the midst of all this, in relation to all this, we wish to remind you of your ability to create change.
You may not be able to alter what is happening in your country. You may not be able to change the lives of people who are dear to you. At times you may even find it difficult to change yourselves. We suggest you focus on what is possible. Even when it seems impossible, we say that what is most possible of all is to influence yourselves, to change yourselves. It will be far more difficult, perhaps impossible, to change others – and certainly to change an entire nation or an entire planet.
Come back to yourselves. Discover what changes you need, what steps you can take to feel better, to live better. Perhaps one step, perhaps two. Do not attempt to solve everything at once, to change everything at once. Do not attempt this. Instead, return to what is possible now – to the next step, to the two steps ahead.
Often human beings try to solve everything, or try to resolve essential matters too quickly, and when things do not succeed, disappointment arises. More disappointment, and more again, until despair follows. The spirit breaks and people give up. The problem lies in the starting point – in the expectation to change things radically and swiftly, without considering complexity, without considering the degree of your own capacity to change, your need for gentleness, your need for love, for healing.
We encourage you to remember to change – to remember that you have the ability to create change – and at the same time, we remind you to allow change to unfold at the pace that is right for you, in steps that suit you. You may not change everything, perhaps not tomorrow, but if you take one or two steps, you will feel better, and live, even a little, in a better way.
This is our offering for this time.
With pleasure,
Farewell.
