Greetings.
So, we begin. We meet once again to say a few words. We meet this time to say that when relief arrives – when the tension can finally end – many kinds of feelings may surface. It will not always be joy.
At times, you may feel emotions you would not expect to appear in such moments, in such times – feelings of sadness, pain, anger, even hatred or fear. You may find yourselves feeling these precisely when, on the surface, you would think you should be feeling well.
If this happens to you and seems strange, know that all is well. Know that when you are tense, you are less available to certain emotions. When the tension fades, you may begin to feel things you had not felt before – sometimes partially, sometimes not at all until now. We remind you of this truth at this time, and it is important that you allow yourselves to feel at ease within yourselves amid these different emotions and situations.
Remember that all is well. It is your right to feel whatever you feel. Even if you do not understand why, do not strive to analyze or explain it. Often you do this out of the belief or fear that something is wrong, but nothing is wrong, and there is no mistake. There is no need to dissect it. Many times, understanding will come later – and perhaps understanding is not what truly matters. What matters is to allow yourselves to feel what you feel.
These are our words for now.
With pleasure, Farewell.
Tohar.
