Greetings.
So, we begin. We meet once more to share a few words. We wish to remind you, human beings, of your right to choose for yourselves what you desire. This is a fundamental right, an inherent part of your essence as free beings.
This right, however, is often not fully present in practice. Many times, you are not truly free. You are driven by various automatons – patterns of behavior, beliefs, and thoughts. You act in ways that you are often not necessarily aware of, or acknowledge, or recognize what is creating them.
To create change, to truly choose, it is beneficial to delve inward, into what you are feeling. It is the emotions that solidify beliefs and behavioral patterns within you. They are what create certain thoughts, if we can describe it that way. In order to exercise the right to choose, and sometimes just to recognize its very existence, it is important to connect with your emotions. These are not located in the head, nor only in the heart – it can be said that they reside throughout the entire body.
The body is the resonant vessel. The emotion is the melody. The more connected you are to what you are feeling, the more your melody in this world can change. When you are connected to what you feel, you can more easily identify who you are, what suits you, what is right for you. You can more easily identify the obstacles, and through this discovery, slowly create a change, so that an obstacle is released and becomes free movement.
Return to what you feel. Give it greater attention than you are accustomed to. You will not always feel pleasant emotions. You will not always immediately feel freer. But a deepening connection to the emotions and with the emotions is what creates the foundation that allows human beings to realize their right to choose.
These are our words for this time.
With pleasure, Farewell.
Tohar.
