Rediscovering and Embracing the Sources of Support That Strengthen You

A channeled message from Tohar on the importance of support, reconnecting with it, and learning to ask and receive

Greetings,

So, we begin. Another meeting in this way, to share a few words regarding what is unfolding and what you are experiencing. At this time, we suggest that you reassess what supports you – what your sources of support are. Which people support you, which actions, objects, places, words, and thoughts provide support?

We encourage you, now and for the future, to consciously reconnect with your sources of support. Simply knowing that these sources exist can bring calm and security, as well as, of course, actually using them. The willingness to ask for and accept support is crucial and can be especially helpful in times of turmoil and upheaval.

We suggest connecting to these sources of support and listing them for yourself. Perhaps create a list detailing all that supports you. Periodically, when you feel the need, examine what might help you in that moment, and allow yourself to ask for and receive it.

This is significant and may be challenging, as it can often be difficult for you to ask for support, and sometimes difficult to receive it. For some of you, this requires healing – healing the feeling of “I don’t deserve it” and strengthening the sense of “I am worthy”.

You truly are worthy of help, support, and love. It is part of what you are entitled to as human beings, part of your inherent rights. Yet, this right was damaged or even taken away due to various experiences you have undergone. So you learned to manage on your own, to hide, and you came to believe that it was better for you to do so.

What if we told you it’s exactly the opposite? That receiving help and support could benefit you, move you forward, bring calm, and offer comfort? What if this is what you should nurture – to avoid facing life’s challenges in isolation, especially as being alone becomes increasingly difficult? Therefore, at this time, we urge you – remember your sources of support and strengthen your willingness to ask for and receive it.
