Embracing the Present: Finding Strength Amid Uncertainty

Shifting focus from fear and speculation to inner support and healing

Greetings,

Thus, we begin. Another meeting through this medium, to share a few words regarding who you are becoming, and the turmoil that humans feel at this time – between hope and despair, between fear and faith.

You cannot know with certainty what will be. Reality, as you experience it, may suggest that unfavorable things will happen. You may see the good in what is to come, or you may see the difficulties that might arise. The fact that you cannot know for sure, yet you can speculate, creates great difficulty.

We suggest that you bring your attention back to the present as much as you can. What is happening in your present? What is in your reality? What within you requires your attention? In what way can you, and even should you, support and strengthen yourself? What within you is in need of healing? What actions can you take to live better?

Your preoccupation with the future, your guessing about what will happen, is natural, yet it also weakens you. It diverts you from your path. Instead of giving the right attention to who you are and assisting yourself, you may lose yourself within the turmoil, the movement between despair and hope.

We suggest that you return to the present and relate to yourself and your life in the best way possible. Be for yourself what you wish to have. Be your own support, acceptance, sense of belonging, and attention. Be the goodness you wish to experience – both in attitude and in action. In this way, you can live better in the present and also create a better future.

These are our words for this time.

With pleasure, Farewell.

Tohar.
